It's official: Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom are calling off their divorce. Even though their divorce has been backlogged by the Los Angeles Court System for several months now, the reality television couple have decided to give their love a second chance as the former NBA star is continuing to recover after overdosing on a 3-day drug binge last week.

According to Page Six on Wednesday, Khloe's lawyers went to their local courthouse and filed with the clerk a petition to withdraw their case. A spokesperson for the Kardashians says a judge won't have to approve the "request for dismissal" and that the case will be summarily ended.

Khloe has been by her husband's side ever since he was found unconscious in a Nevada area brothel last week. The athlete supposedly spent $75,000 on a three-day binge that included several prostitutes, alcohol and drugs.

What's more, Khloe's attorney Laura Wasser got signed statements from both sides asking to officially call off the divorce procedures.

Khloe, along with her mother Kris Jenner and her sister Kim Kardashian rushed to be by Lamar's side when news broke that he was found unconscious. He has since been transported to a Los Angeles-area hospital, where insiders say he will continue through his recovery process.

So far, the Kardashians have not made any official comments about the reunion or what the couple's next step will be.
