Keyshia Cole might be determined to keep her drama with her husband, Daniel “Boobie” Gibson off social media, but he just spilled a little bit of tea concerning their marriage and separation.

Keyshia Cole Gives Update On Daniel “Boobie” Gibson

Gibson spoke with The Shade Room Monday and got pretty candid about his relationship with Cole as well as the drama that surrounded them earlier this year.

Gibson, who battled with depression recently, said “I’m very single and I hate every minute of it.”

Cole filed for divorce back in 2013 and while they are still legally married, but have said they are no longer trying to work out their marriage.

As far as moving on, Gibson said he is being “patient” and “Definitely open to the opportunity but taking my time with it because of pst mistakes. I don’t wanna do that anymore.

Still, he seems to be taking blame for his marriage with the singer being so rocky.

“I was a boy. I was a coward. If my feelings were hurt, I would do something that I shouldn’t be doing. I think that’s part of maturity. I understand that. I understand that as man, love don’t involve egos and pride. It took me losing something that I really value.”

He added that it “sucks” because now he thinks the next woman might not “deserve” the man that he has become, but Cole does.

But a reconciliation with Cole might not be an option either.

“I married her. She was the love of my life. That won’t ever change. But being in love is different,” he confessed.
