Todd Chrisley of USA’s Chrisley Knows Best has lost the latest battle in the legal war with his son, Kyle Chrisley.

Just weeks after Chrisley made it clear he felt it was necessary to keep being a guardian for his son, Kyle, who was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, a judge ruled in Kyle’s favor, ending Todd’s reign as guardian over Kyle, court documents obtained by Radar Online Sunday revealed.

The papers, which were actually filed on Oct. 26, say, “having heard from the parties, and having considered the EVALUATOR’S REPORT REGARDING RESTORATION filed August 25, 2015, including ‘Psychological Evaluation’ attache thereto, the Court finds that the Ward, Mr. Kyle Hayden Chrisley, is no longer in need of a guardianship.”

Todd had been the legal guardian for Kyle since 2009.

The documents continued and revealed, “IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Letters of Guardianship issued to Mr. Michael Todd Chrisley on July 13, 2009 are hereby REVOKED.”

Interestingly enough, this comes just after Todd said that losing guardianship would be a huge deal.

“I want out of this guardianship…If the court states that Kyle is no longer in need of a guardian than God bless him because that means Kyle is cured.”

Still, he also made it clear that he finds it hard to trust Kyle because Kyle once slammed him in the media and even said the show was fake. Todd has maintained that Kyle’s struggle with bipolar is the reason for his statements.

Meanwhile, Kyle is keeping a low profile as he lives with his wife, Alexus, and receiving psychiatric treatment.
