All little kids throw temper tantrums sometimes, even cute little girls. The source of frustration could be about anything, too. It can be not getting a toy they wanted, not wearing the clothes they picked out, or they could just be tired of standing.

They're at an age where they think magically, not logically. Additionally, their little brains just haven't fully developed yet.
