Bethenny Frankel, a former star of "The Real Housewives of New York," may have found a new beau in hedge fund mogul Warren Lichtenstein.

Rumors of the couple's romantic relationship were reported by a source for The Daily Mail, who said Frankel is possibly dating the chairman and CEO of Steel Partners Holdings L.P.

"Bethenny and Warren have been great friends for more than 20 years, and he has really been a support system during this sad time," said the source.

The 42-year-old reality television star and Skinnygirl mogul filed for divorce in December from her husband Jason Hoppy whom she married in 2010, according to Us Weekly Magazine.

"Bethenny stayed at Warren's apartment one night earlier this month with her daughter Bryn as he was out of town, so that she and Bryn could have some girl time," the source added, but said that the two have not moved in together.

Frankel appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" earlier this month and opened up about her recent divorce, which brought tears to her eyes.

"Do I want to be doing this exact thing right now? No, but I can't just only be on reality TV and show everything when it's fair princess, fairy tale and then not take my hits when I have to," Frankel explained, as reported by E! Online. "I've kind of had the best worst year ever."

Frankel also broke down and admitted "I feel like a failure."

She met the 41-year-old pharmaceutical sales executive when she was filming "The Real Housewives of New York" in 2009. A spin-off series was created called "Bethenny Getting Married" which gave fans an inside look into her wedding to Hoppy. She was given a second series titled "Bethenny Ever After."

Hoppy and Frankel share two-year-old daughter Bryn.
