Adrienne Maloof confirmed she is dating Ron Stewart's son, Sean, and added that their relationship remains "real casual."

The recently-divorced reality television actress - she currently stars on "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" - told People in a report published Thursday that her relationship with Sean "started as a business relationship" and thought the two are now dating, Maloof said "it's casual, real casual."

The 51-year-old also addressed the 19-year age gap between the two of them, saying Sean, 32, is "a lot more mature than a lot of 60-year-olds at this time in his life."

"I'm a modern business woman. I don't think of age," Maloof said.

Maloof also denied claims that she is living with Sean.

Sean confirmed that he is dating the Bravo reality star in a statement to TMZ. He said to the gossip website, I'm very happy ... She's a very very very good lady," and also denied the moving-in rumors - "It's just not true... I actually have my own place." As far as his age difference with Maloof, Sean said it is "sexiest" if it is frowned upon.

"f men can date younger women, why can't an older woman date a younger man?" he asked. "It's about the person she is inside. Age is just a number. If there's a connection and someone cares about a person, that's what matters really."

Maloof finalized her divorce to Dr. Paul Nassif in November 2012. They were married for more than 10 years and have three boys together - Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6.

Sean is a songwriter, musician and model. He starred in the 2007 reality show "Sons of Hollywood" and season two of "Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" in 2008, where he sought after help for addictions to alcohol, ecstasy, vicodin, morphine, Fentanyl, cocaine and heroin. He has since left his partying ways and Maloof said about his past, "That was when he was a young kid. He's been clean and sober for years."
