Chris Hemsworth has left the prying eyes of Los Angeles and he's pretty happy about that.

In the new issue of Vanity Fair, Hemsworth had plenty to talk about, one of them including his transition from Malibu to Australia with his wife, Elsa Pataky, and their three children: India, 3, and twin boys, Tristan and Sasha, 1.

Considering that Hemsworth is already familiar with the blockbuster movies he stars in, it wouldn't be a big deal for him to see all the advertisements that roam the Hollywood streets; in fact, he's kind of tired of it.

"You just kind of lose touch with reality a bit here," he said. "You drive down the street and you're constantly reminded of everything you're either involved in or not involved in. It's exhausting."

It actually wasn't an easy start for Hemsworth when he was trying to make it in Hollywood. He actually received a lot of criticism for his appearance, but clearly he proved them wrong.

"When I got to Hollywood, they said I'd never make it as an actor," the hunky movie star revealed. "They said I was too tall, too blond, my muscles were too big."

Hemsworth is now one of the biggest names in the entertainment industry with starring roles in Thor, The Avengers and Rush. He will also be seen in the upcoming action flick In the Heart of the Sea, which hits theaters on December 11.
