In a recent interview with Arrow, executive producer Greg Berlanti spoke about what fans can expect from the rest of season 4.

Upcoming Fall Finale To Reveal Who Is In The Grave 

One of the highlights of the interview with TVLine was Berlanti confirming that Vandal would be resurrected from the dead, but maybe not in an Arrow episode. That would be reserved for the Arrow and Flash offshoot, Legends of Tomorrow.

But they will definitely drop a hint about Vandal's return as Berlanti says: "I don't want to say we won't come up with some kind of way to reference it."

In a the same interview, producer Andrew Kreisberg also dished about the changes Barry will bring about in the upcoming episodes of season 4 of Arrow.

"When Sara was brought back, when Thea was brought back, last year when Barry changed the timeline, this year when Barry changes the timeline, any of these things that feel like the right thing to do, there is always, always a price to be paid," he said.

The next episode 'Dark Waters' will air on December 9 on The CW.
