Does mum know best? That's what Pippa Middleton is probably asking herself these days, as there is a new rumor that says her mother, Carole Middleton, is meddling in her love life. In fact, a new report that says both ladies were spotted having a late night walk with one of Pippa's ex-boyfriends in London this last weekend.

According to the Daily Mail on Monday, Pippa was all smiles alongside her mother when she spotted her ex James Matthews near St. Luke's Church in Chelsea, where she helped support her brother-in-law Prince William at a carol concert. The 40-year-old banker also attended the concert, which was held in memory of one of Prince William's late friends.

The site says that Kate Middleton's little sister had the look of love on her face as she also looked quite chic in a burgundy coat, which she matched with a stylish dress and bag. Carole also seemed to be quite happy to see her daughter chatting up the 40-year-old British banker.

Was Nico Jackson 'Embarassed' To Date Pippa Middleton?

Pippa was reportedly dumped by her ex-boyfriend Nico Jackson several weeks ago after dating for over three years. Rumor has it that the relationship didn't have a chance of surviving due to the fact that Pippa lives in London full time while Nico lives in Geneva, Switzerland.

What's more, sources say that Pippa was utterly disappointed that she lost out on a chance to walk down the aisle in a star-studded, lavish wedding just like her sister Kate did back in 2011.
