Heidi Montag's Father Enters Plea Deal Amid Sexual Assault Allegations

The reality star's dad, Bill, has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual abuse on a minor, according to Wednesday's report from Us Weekly. Bill's attorney, Forrest W. Lewis, mentioned when a trial will likely take place.

"He did turn in a not guilty plea, the case is set for trial," Lewis said. "It's probably going to be continued in late spring, early summer. That's all I can say right now."

The site also pointed out that the alleged incident may have occurred more than 15 years ago. Documents claim that Bill "groomed" his alleged victim with "back rubs in her bedroom in the basement of her home" when she was 16. There is also speculation of a sex toy being used.

"It's all coming from an estranged family member with ulterior motives," a source said. "Heidi doesn't believe any of it."

According to TMZ, authorities claim the victim said, "Get the hell out of my room, no!" where Bill's response is said to be, "I thought that's what you wanted. I thought you loved me the way I loved you."

It was then mentioned that people are saying this woman allegedly stalked Heidi and her husband, Spencer Pratt, at public appearances.

Heidi earned her fame on reality series The Hills. She and her husband have been married for six years now.
