Rose, a girl from Malawi, a land locked country in South Eastern Africa, was born blind, and like many other children in Malawi, they also have vision or eye sight problems due to cataracts.

Luckily for Rose, a charity named Sightsavers helped her and other children who had eye sight problem. Just a day after the surgery, Rose was given the gift of sight.
