This might be the Duggar family's last chance at holding on to their celebrity status, but unfortunately it looks like the odds are already against them. Even though their reality television life has been temporarily resurrected by TLC thanks to their new spin-off show, Jill and Jessa: Counting On, it looks like both former fans and critics alike are refusing to tune in as they've already hit Duggar fatigue.

Jessa Duggar Baby Boy News: Reality Star's Life Was At Risk During Home Birth?

Just this past summer Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's show 19 Kids & Counting was given the axe by their network following reports that their son Josh Duggar sexually abused his sisters when he was a teenager more than a decade ago. To make matters worse, he also admitted to cheating on his wife Anna Duggar with an Ashley Madison account, too.

And while his sisters Jill and Jessa Duggar are hoping to extend their reality television lifeline with a new show about their lives as both wives and mothers, their former fans aren't having it. In fact, it looks like they might be axed altogether if their spin-off show fails to pull in any viewers.

According to People Magazine on Saturday, many readers commented with, "The Duggars wasn't cancelled and the protest weren't only about infidelity. It's about a family of hypocrites who spread hate against innocent people, Catholics, Women, etc.., It is about a family whose parents and older children spread hatred and lies. Jessa and Ben even named their son after an anti-Catholic preacher. Yet TLC and People Magazine support this kind of intolerant hatred and hypocrisy."

Another critic wrote, "BOYCOTT TLC!!!!! Sneaky way to get money back into the hands of that family."
