Since getting pregnant, Kim Kardashian has made it clear she wants her divorce over as soon as possible, but her 'legal' husband, Kris Humphries has no plans of rushing the divorce, according to TMZ.

According to new documents filed on Feb. 5, the 28-year-old Brooklyn Nets' attorney, Marshall Waller claims Kim's "urgency" to resolve the issue with a divorce isn't what it seems, and that his estranged wife has put an unfair bias on the legal proceedings due to her surprise pregnancy. "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial,' Waller said in the documents.

Humphries has been fighting for over a year to annul the marriage, arguing his estranged wife defrauded him for publicity.

"It's sad Kris is playing this game. Kim doesn't think he can be happy until he moves on," a source told US Weekly.

Kim, who is expecting a baby this summer with boyfriend, Kanye West, filed for divorce on Oct. 31, 2011.

In January, while promoting her reality show, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, she stopped by "Sway In The Morning'" talk show to discuss her on-going divorce with Kris Humphries. Kim revealed that she indeed loved Humphries, but realized he "wasn't the right person" for her.

'In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced. It's been going on its second year and that's really tough just because I want to move on," she said. "When people say things like you know why are you having a baby when you're married to someone else, if anyone really knew all the fertility problems I was going thru, God brings you things when you least expect it," Kim said.

"What am I going to do? Wait years for a divorce? I would love one. It's a process," she added.
