Adam Lind went on a rant against his former girlfriend, Chelsea Houska, on Instagram this week.

Following the news of the Teen Mom 2 star's engagement to Cole DeBoer, Lind took to social media, where he spoke of Houska's co-parenting, claiming she's lacking in certain areas.

“She’s not a loser… she just needs to learn to communicate better with me… Great Mom! … Just is stuck in her own lil world of ‘perfection,’" Lind wrote on Instagram, according to a report by In Touch Weekly on Thursday. "She needs to come off her high horse and speak with me about things with our child … I get I f--ked up pretty bad … But for f--k's sake it was 5+ years ago … Get over it and move on with life ya know Lol … No hate here everyone calm the f--k down :) [sic].”

Lind continued on, reminding fans of his late-night relations with Houska years ago.

"That's right Lol... [Remember] how she made a hugeeee f---in' deal about me not having a license Lol .. (I do have one now)... But she never complained at 2 a.m, when is drive over there to .... Yup... ....," he told fans. "Smh..but hey it's all in the past everyone needs to let the shit go and move on... [sic]."

Lind and Houska are currently in production on the seventh season of Teen Mom 2, which will air next year on MTV.
