And while Pratt says he loved playing likable yet slightly chubby Andy Dwyer on the hit NBC comedy Parks and Recreation, he says that the role did nothing for his waistline.

The Hollywood star added, "I had to change my whole way of thinking. I had gotten into a frame of mind on Parks and Recreation, where I saw my character as someone who would just let himself go and party. I had become used to the idea of making a living as an actor by playing the fat friend who just makes you laugh."

Pratt wowed fans back in 2013 after he shared a shirtless yet buff photo on his Instagram account. He said that cutting beer out of his diet at the time helped kick start his new healthy lifestyle.
