They've finally reunited back in Port Charles and are planning to marry one another again--this time for good--but Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Robin (Kimberly McCullogh) will make another shocking decision about their future on General Hospital.

Sabrina Is Rushed To The Hospital

After Patrick rescued her from Helena and Jerry's captivity, the two came back to Port Charles with their daughter, Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer). And after deciding on New Year's that they would once again get married, they were prepared to live out the rest of their days together in town.

However, after Robin was denied the ability to have her research funded at the hospital by Dr. Obrecht (Kathleen Gati)--and the two learned of a Chief of Staff opening in Berkeley--they came to a decision to leave town for a new life together. They will now need to break the news to their little girl that the time has come for them to all leave town.

"We have something important to discuss with you," Robin says to Emma in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Jan. 6 episode.

Now, the family will prepare to say their goodbyes to all of their loved ones who they'll be leaving behind, but not before they gather them all together for one last celebration. Before they head out of town, the two will finally say their vows for the final time, surrounded by all their family and friends.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
