The powerhouse Barcelona squad will make the trek to take on host Granada in La Liga play on Saturday, who will most certainly be looking to gain points in order to create distance between themselves and the relegation zone.

It's a different story for the Blaugrana, who are currently sitting pretty atop the league standings, holding a 12-point margin above the second-placed Atletico Madrid as well as a 16-point lead over defending Liga champions Real Madrid, who are only in third.

While they'll be on the road in this one, the Barca squad is undefeated its last 21 home games, their last loss coming in last year's Classico. The team sports the best attack in the league, scoring 78 goals in its last 23 La Liga matchups this season.

However, Granada has been performing well as of late, winning three of its last four games, most recently a 3-0 victory over Deportivo la Coruna at Riazor.

The Barcelona side has regressed a bit lately since going on a roll with 12 consecutive wins, faltering in its last two on the road.

Granada's Yacine Brahimi is questionable for the showdown, while Daniel Benitez will still be on the sidelines.

For the Catalans, Xavi will be out of action and David Villa isn't likely to play either, but the team appears to be fit otherwise.
