The Real Madrid squad will square off against Rayo Vallecano in a matchup of the La Liga on Sunday.

Rayo has clearly been the surprise team of the Liga this season. Paco Jemez's club currently sits at a respectful sixth in the standings, signifying that the UEFA Europe League would make the trek to Vallecas for next season, a feat that nearly nobody initially expected out of the gritty underdog footballers. Jemez has done an exceptional job stressing the importance of the attack with Leo Baptistao leading the offense.

On the Real front, the team seems to be losing enthusiasm for the La Liga, as the powerhouse Barcelona keeps racking up victories. Managing Madrid states that "all Mourhino's men should care about will be played in about two weeks, when Real will travel to the Old Trafford and the Camp Nou in just a single week."

Luka Modric, Gonzalo Higuain and Alvaro Arbeloa will all be out of Actions against Rayo, as they've have been suspended, and Xabi Alonso needs time to recover from pubalgia and miss the matchup as well.
