When it comes to Teresa Giudice, she just can't catch a break, and especially with her critics. Now that she's a free woman again after spending the last year behind bars, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is making headlines, but for all the wrong reasons.

According to Celebitchy on Friday, Giudice made a special red carpet appearance to help support her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga's shoe store, Envy, in Montclair, New Jersey this past week. And while Giudice herself said very little at the event, both fans and critics alike can't help but notice that she's showing off her "flashy" wardrobe again, which includes a pricey Chanel handbag and an outfit that included a real fur jacket, leather boots and a faux snakeskin shirt.

The site snarked about her look, "She looks like she's dressed as Gemma from Sons of Anarchy on a fancy night out. #FelonChic."

Some can't help but wonder why Giudice would flaunt her expensive clothes only a few weeks after she served her one-year sentence for multiple counts of fraud. If that weren't enough, her husband Joe Giudice also supposedly gave her a $90,000 Lexus as a welcome home gift.

Some fans commented with, "I never fully followed the trial but they claimed they didn't have the money to pay people back, they spent/are spending time in jail, but didn't lose the house they couldn't afford, or luxury items (jewelry, art, etc.)?" along with, "Some people just have no f*cking clue. And the sad thing is they get away with it. It just makes me SO mad-so many people struggling to make an HONEST living and support their family, and then we have a**holes like this flaunting being crooks."

So far Giudice herself has not made any comments on the criticism. Her husband Joe is scheduled to start his 41-month sentence in March.
