'Teen Mom 2' Star Jenelle Evans Makes A Shocking Decision For Son

Just this month, Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry and Teen Mom 3's Briana DeJesus underwent a number of cosmetic procedures in Miami, and now, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has arrived in Florida, and met with the same surgeon, Dr, Michael Salzhauer aka "Dr. Miami."

"She's insecure about her face," a source told Radar Online on Tuesday. "Fans make fun of her, so she wants get her chin done."

However, after her consultation with Dr. Salzhauer, which was chronicled on Snapchat, Evans took to Instagram, where she revealed she would not be moving forward with the procedure.

"Honestly to everyone out there, I backed out," she admitted on Instagram. "I'm staying the way I am. Thanks for all the confidence and support from every single one of you to help make my decision... Anyone can work hard enough to get the body they deserve if they work hard enough for it."

According to the Daily Mail, Lowry underwent liposuction, a tummy tuck and a Brazilian butt lift earlier this month, while DeJesus opted for liposuction, Brazilian butt lift, and labiaplasty.

Jenelle Evans and her co-stars, including Lowry, Chelsea Houska and Leah Messer, are currently filming Teen Mom 2 season seven, which is expected to return to MTV later this year.
