He's been trying to cheer her up ever since it seemed like Liam (Scott Clifton) completely gave up on her and their relationship, and now, Wyatt (Darin Brooks) and Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will start to grow even closer as a potential new couple on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Wyatt's been helping her get her mind off the relationship more by taking her surfing and getting her to finally ride a motorcycle again for the first time in years, and now, as things continue to progress, he will find himself getting major encouragement from his mother, Quinn (Rena Sofer), who has not been shy about her support of the two becoming a couple.

"She's so much better off with you than with Liam," Quinn says in a preview clip for the Monday, Feb. 1 episode.

How Much Further Will Quinn Go With Her Plans For Liam?

However, when Wyatt says he will still be taking things slowly with Steffy, Quinn will use her knowledge about why Liam has been MIA (he fainted in front of her and woke up in her mountain cabin suffering from amnesia) to encourage Wyatt to close the deal and officially steal Steffy away.

"Don't drag your feet. Do whatever is necessary to secure your future with Steffy because you don't know how long Liam is going to be off the grid," she warns in the clip.

However, before Wyatt makes any other moves, he will need to defend himself to Thomas (Pierson Fode), who has expressed his distrust of both the Spencer men before, and will be hesitant to letting another one of them get close to his sister and risk breaking her heart, forcing Wyatt to try and convince him that he won't make the same mistakes Liam did.

"I'm not Liam. And I would never abandon her," Wyatt says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
