Holly Madison welcomed a baby girl on Tuesday.

Madison, 33, and her boyfriend, businessman Pasquale Rotella, delivered their daughter at 11: 59 a.m. She weighed in at 7 pounds, 2 ounces.

"Pasquale and I welcomed our first child, a baby girl!" Madison, 33, told InTouch Weekly. "We haven't yet decided on a name for her, but we couldn't be any more overjoyed than at this moment."

Rotella told the magazine, "I've never been more in love than I am today as, after months of waiting, I finally was able to hold my daughter for the first time.Holly and I are looking forward to spending some quiet time with our baby and enjoying our new family. I'm truly the luckiest man in the world."

Madison has been dating the 38-year-old founder of Electric Daisy Carnival for more than a year. They share a home together in Nevada.

The former Playboy model dated Hugh Hefner from 2002 to 2008.

Rotella announced their baby's sex on Twitter on Oct. 16.

"Off to Amsterdam and I already miss my girls," Rotella tweeted to his followers. The tweet was accompanied by a split image of two photos of the former Girls Next Door star's face hiding behind what appeared to be a blanket and a sonogram of their unborn child's fetus.

Madison and Rotella plan tie the knot in the summer. The reality star slipped the news on Jan. 24 at the Las Vegas premiere of Jason Statham and Jennifer Lopez's film Parker. The screening was held at Planet Hollywood. When asked if the couple ever plan to wed, Madison replied: "probably in late summer."

As for wedding plans, she said they were taking it "one (day) at a time."

"We totally want to [get married], probably in late summer," Madison told People. "We're going to wait until the baby comes and we get moved in to the house before I start planning any of that."

Madison was hospitalized on Dec. 3. for temporary morning sickness while pregnant that "freaked her out" because it normally occurs only during the first trimester.

Madison recently revealed that she plans to have her placenta turned into pills.

"I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can!" she explained on her blog. January Jones also admitted that she also ate her own placenta in the form of a pill to help recover quickly aftershe gave birth.
