'Fear The Walking Dead' Season 2 Trailer: New TEASER Hints At Challenges Facing L.A. Based Group [VIDEO]
They managed to escape the first big threat which faced them at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse, but new challenges are sure to face the Los Angeles based group first getting used to the new world on Fear The Walking Dead.
The show's second season, debuting in April, has been officially given its first teaser trailer, which mainly rehashes the characters from the debut who are still alive--including Madison (Kim Dickens), Travis (Cliff Curtis), Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey), Nick (Frank Dillane), Ofelia (Mercedes Masohn), Daniel (Ruben Blades), Chris (Lorenzo James Henrie) and Strand (Colman Domingo). However, the ending seems to hint more at the world they're all going to face when their new season kicks off.
The group was holed up at Strand's coastal beach house, and is currently coping with losing Liza after she was bitten during the attempt to rescue Nick. However, Strand revealed he had plans for the group and where they would go to escape the impending apocalypse and the danger it possesses: getting everyone onto his luxury yacht, and sailing away in search of safe haven.
The new clip seems to hint at that as well, with a closing shot over the waters of the Pacific Ocean. However, there's also a hint to the new character who is set to join the cast from the online companion series Flight 462, as a jet's shadow is seen as it flies over the waters.
Fear the Walking Dead season 2 premieres April 10 on AMC.
