The writers are all done for the remaining season of Reign.

'Reign' Actress Says There Are 'So Many Stories To Tell'

On Wednesday, the writers' Twitter page posted a photo of the group where they mentioned it's a "wrap" for working on the third season of the royal drama. They added how "amazing" it's been and how they "can't wait" for audiences to see how it all turns out in upcoming episodes.

Is 'Reign' Going To Be Renewed For A Fourth Season?

As it turns out, there is plenty to see, according to actress Megan Follows, known as Catherine on the show. When she spoke with TV Line, she mentioned that it won't stop from here even though a certain someone was killed off.

"Toby [Regbo who played Francis] was an amazing player, and we were all really sad although it was time for the story--he knew that," Follows said. "What's fantastic about our show is that we've really embraced change and grown; there are so many stories to tell."

The actress then dished on how excited she was when she finally had the opportunity to direct an episode- something she's wanted to do for a long time now.

"I started pestering them pretty much right away, saying, 'I want to do this. I want to do this,'" she said. "They were very supportive and said I needed to shadow the other directors, so I learned a tremendous amount that way. I was also directing a play at the same time. I wanted to show them that I was serious."

Reign returns on Monday, April 25 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
