There is a part of Colony's Proxy Snyder that may not be so different from Will.

'Colony' USA: 'Darker Days' Are Coming, EP Teases Second Half Of Season

For the past five episodes, we've seen Snyder (Peter Jacobson) as an opportunistic leader, an apparently regular man suddenly thrown into the world of politics and given an enormous amount of power. While some viewers may not agree with Snyder's actions (raise your hand if you're with the Resistance), the events of "Yoknapatawpha" may change a few minds (see a preview below).

Unbeknownst to Will (Josh Holloway), Snyder is a father as well.

"I think what we'll learn [in episode 6] is having a child has defiantly colored how he deals with Will," Jacobson told EnStars. "Again, to what extent you believe the depths of Snyder's feelings about it, that's always up for questions, which is what I love about the character."

Does this mean Los Angeles' Proxy will double down in his efforts to bring Charlie home from Santa Monica? We don't know where his own daughter is--or if she is old enough to choose sides--but viewers will learn more about the mystery character over the next four episodes.

"My daughter does not play an active roll plot wise until the very end of the season. She has a little bit more of a presence," Jacobson explained. "Right now, from this point in the season through until the end, there's more just sort of the sense of who is she in Snyder's life and how she is impacting his decisions and what he's doing. It's more of an emotional question."
