Spinoff Series For The Good Wife On The Cards?

Later on in the episode, Jason tells Alicia that he is unsure about taking their relationship forward as she is attached to Peter (Chris Noth). Alicia assures him that that doesn't matter and it wouldn't affect Peter, but Jason doesn't completely buy it. The big question that this conversation spurs: will Alicia actually take a major step to keep Jason and finally leave Peter? In fact, Alicia might have more motivation to actually do something as drastic this time around after Eli's (Alan Cumming) confession to her about deleting Will's (Josh Charles) voicemail, in which he professed his love for her. She might finally want to reclaim her life, considering she also had a major breakdown and revealed that she felt very lost in life.

Another highlight of this episode was Elsbeth's (Emily Prentiss) return, and it also revealed her former husband Mike Tascioni (Will Patton). Both of them step into help Peter out with the case of an FBI investigation. Another highlight of the episode was Alicia's involvement in helping vote an American citizen, who is an ISIS recruiter, onto the official kill list.
