Mike is going to prison, and Suits isn't about to gloss over the faux lawyer's struggle with a two-year time jump.

'Blindspot' Episodes: Three New Titles Decoded, EP Reveals New Twist On Easter Egg Puzzles

With all the legal legerdemain Harvey and Mike have pulled over the years, we we're fairly confidant that the latter would weasel his way out of his current predicament. As the season wore on, however, our doubts began to build. The finale proved that there are some things you can't out run, and for Mike, no escape hatch equated to a plea bargain.

When season 6 begins, the unlucky genius will be firmly behind bars.

"We're working on figuring that out right now," executive producer Aaron Korsh said of Suits' season 6 arc, according to TV Guide. "It is our plan currently to have Mike be in prison next season. We don't know at the moment when he's going to get out. We haven't gotten there yet. We're not rushing to get him out and we're not jumping ahead in time to when he gets out."

In fact, Korsh is planning a premiere that picks up just hours after the events of the finale.

"Our current plan is to pick up with an episode that takes place throughout the first night of Mike being in prison and everyone at the firm finding out everyone's gone and them figuring out what to do and how to adjust to life in their new situations," the EP teased.
