TLC reality star June Shannon said she lost more than 100 pounds in the last two years without dieting or going to the gym.

Also known as Mama June, she said she weighed 365 pounds when she started taping Here Comes Honey Boo Boo in January 2011. Since then, she's shed down to a whopping 263 pounds, TMZ reported.

She walked the red carpet at the GLAAD Media Awards in New York on March 16 showing off her new look. Shannon was in town because her show was nominated among others for a positive portrayal of the LGBT community. On the show her daughter Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson declared, "Everybody's a little gay" in response to her uncle Lee Thompson's admittance to being gay. The show ultimately lost to The Amazing Race.

Shannon credited her active production schedule to her weight loss.

"I haven't done any surgeries ... no diet pills ... never went to the gym," Shannon said, "but with the show I've been more active."

In a TV interview Tuesday, the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo family performed their personal version of the Harlem Shake.

The family has been in the spotlight for their eating habits and questionable antics since their show first aired. The first health and parenting controversy began when cameras captured 7-year-old Thompson drinking go-go juice (a mixture of Red Bull and Mountain Dew) and eating "sketti," which is pasta served with a generous helping of microwaved ketchup and butter.
