Terrence and Jelena will stop at nothing to become owners of the Devils on VH1’s Hit The Floor. But they’re set to hit a pretty big snag that could destruct their master plan in Monday night’s episode.

Terrence is determined to go with Jelena to the OB/GYN after their discussion of whether to have kids.

But Jelena is clearly hiding something and insists that Terrence doesn’t need to come along. When it seems like she is about to get caught up in a lie, her phone rings as if right on cue. While it seems like she was saved by the bell, it only leads to more drama for them.

She hangs up and tells Terrence that Oscar is now out of jail. Oscar, who was the owner of the Devils before he was arrested for Olivia’s murder, is now free—probably because German confessed in a recent episode that he is actually the one who killed Olivia. Even though Oscar has done some pretty shady things and is said to have been the one who murdered others on the show, it’s clear he’s not the one behind Olivia’s. So they let him go.

This will definitely put a snag in Terrence and Jelena’s hopes and dreams to be the owners of the team, especially since Oscar is probably the only one who can get lower and dirtier than Jelena when it comes to getting what they want.
