The two month sentences they're serving to try and help expose the problems at the Clark County Correctional Jail are truly beginning to take their toll on the volunteer inmates on 60 Days In.

Some have adjusted well to prison life, or at least as well as they could expect to under the circumstances, but now, after encounters with other prisoners, possible fights, and even running into other issues that could lead to them having increased sentences, the pressure could be getting to break some of them down.

"Tami is on the verge of falling apart," Barbara says in a preview clip for the Thursday, April 7 episode.

Sure enough, Tami is having a hard time with stuff, as her emotions begin to take over.

"I'm feeling depressed and angry," Tami says.

Robert will also be a person to be concerned with as well. Sheriff Jamey Noel was forced to place him in segregation after he broke a really big rule in an attempt to get prisoners from figuring out his identity, by placing a towel over a camera. Now, Noel is afraid that putting Robert in segregation may have had an adverse effect—and could have led to extremely unexpected negative consequences.

"I'm concerned Robert may have been altered by segregation," he says.

Sure enough, Robert seems to be in a state where he may have partially lost his mind, as he can be seen cackling from his cell.

Meanwhile, some of the other prisoners are concerned about someone else in their pod, who could pose a threat and danger to everyone's safety. Zack and Jeff have both noticed that a fellow inmate, Ricky, is off his medications—and that's a big problem.

"Ricky continues not taking his medication. He's getting worse," Zack says in the clip.

"He scares me a little bit, to be honest," Jeff adds.
