"Fine, Steve, you win. But I hate it. It's a stupid idea and you are going to apologize to all my family members at my funeral!"

It's just another day on Hawaii Five-0, and, as per usual, poor Danny Williams (Scott Caan) is convinced Steve McGarrett's (Alex O'Loughlin) penchant for death-defying heroics will turn him into a red smudge on the concrete.

Entertainment Weekly released a new sneak peek for the two-hour finale earlier today, and the 3-minute clip showcases the type of nail-biting action fans have grown to expect from the CBS drama. Take from the first half of the closer, the teaser features Five-0's attempt to protect Gabriel (Christopher Sean). The yakuza is gunning for Oahu's most audacious villain, and McGarrett's squad just wants to make sure he lands behind bars.

In an interesting twist, one of Steve's crazy plans will go awry, but it won't be Danny who takes the fall. McDanno will go undercover as drug runners in "O ke ali'I wale no ka'u makemake (My Desire Is Only For The Chief)," but their mission will go off the rails when McGarrett is seriously wounded.

"One of their own is in jeopardy," showrunner Peter M. Lenkov told Entertainment Weekly. "Usually we're out there saving other people's lives. In this case, it's one of our own whose life we have to save. It's all hands on deck to make that happen. One of them is down and everybody has to fight to save that person's life. It comes down to the final seconds of the show."

Of the three sneak peeks CBS has rolled out, none of them are pulled from the second hour (see videos below). Max (Masi Oka), however, teases the island's burgeoning meth problem as he tenders his (temporary) resignation during "Pa'a ka 'ipuka i ka 'upena nananana (The Entrance is Stopped with a Spider's Web)."

Oka also posted the following set photo during filming, showing both Steve and Danno convalescing in the hospital.
