Lawyers for Kim Kardashian’s ex-husband, Kris Humphries, will reportedly force the reality star to admit under oath that her show featured scenes intended to make the NBA player look bad.

Several producers and television executives will be on the witness stand for the couple’s divorce trial, according to Radar Online, and producer Jay Russell already testified that at least two scenes were “scripted, re-shot, or edited” to make Humphries look like a villain.

At the center of the trial will be one scene from the show featuring 32-year-old Kardashian telling her mom Kris Jenner she wants a divorce after 72 days of marriage. The scene was reportedly shot after Kardashian filed for divorce

A source confirmed to the gossip website that Jenner, 57, will also be forced to answer questions about the show’s legitimacy.

“Kim is freaking out that she is going to be forced to testify that aspects of the Kardashian reality show are fake,” the insider said.

A source close to Humphries — who said he was tricked into marrying Kardashian and is seeking to have their 72-day marriage annulled — said the athlete is looking forward to his day in court. The insider added, “Kris has been absolutely trashed by the Kardashians in the press.”

The divorce trial is scheduled to begin on May 6 and lawyers for the former couple will be in court Friday for a pretrial hearing.
