Yolanda Foster is leaving The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and in a new interview, her fellow Real Housewives star, Ramona Singer, is weighin in.

Following Foster's Instagram announcement on Wednesday, Singer, who stars on The Real Housewives of New York City, claimed the mother of three needed a break.

“I think Yolanda is a very warm, down-to-earth, wonderful woman. And I think right now she just needs to take a break,” Singer told Us Weekly during an event for press-on hair extensions on Wednesday. “She needs time for herself.”

“She went through a lot of health issues, a lot of relationship issues,” she continued. “And I think she just wants to spend time with herself and just take care of herself and her family... I can understand that because the show is — it can be very all-encompassing and overwhelming."

After rumors began swirling claiming Foster had been fired from the Bravo reality series, she took to Instagram to confirm her exit with fans. However, Foster did not say whether it was her choice to leave the show, or the choice of the network.

"I would have loved a more graceful exit [than] 'Season 6' but sometimes we don't get to control the ending of the chapters in our life," she wrote. "I am leaving what's over without denying its past importance in my life. I believe that every exit is a new entry and with that in mind I say goodbye to my @Bravotv Family as I continue to focus on a my recovery, my children and bring back the privacy within our home."

"Thank you to all the fans for your love and unwavering support these past 4 years. I am grateful for the housewife experience and all it has thought me. I'am excited about this choice and look forward to the next chapter of my life," she continued. "#RHOBH #TimeToSayGoodbye with #Gratitude @evolutionusa @bravoandy @bravotv #WWHL."
