Kim Kardashian and estranged husband Kris Humphries have finally settled their divorce battle, according to TMZ.

Sources said that the Brooklyn Nets player did not show up to court on April 19, as he is gearing up for a playoff game Saturday against the Chicago Bulls.

While details on the settlement have not been confirmed, The Hollywood Gossip reported that the judge will grant the couple a divorce, not an annulment.

"Moments before @kimKardashian walks into court she stopped and said Hi to me I asked her how she felt and she said Great.. @ETonlineAlert," Entertainment News reported.

Other reports indicated that Humphries will not have to pay additional penalties for skipping out on a recent hearing last week.

A source said both Kardashian and Humphries are "both happy," and said that the basketball player "caved in."

"He knew it was impossible to win and he would be publicly humiliated," the insider says. "He will be signing the papers and sending them in this morning [since he's not showing up to court]," the source said.

"A judge knew there was no fraud and urged Kris to move on," another source said.

Enstars reported Thursday that the couple was set to settle the divorce battle sooner that later because Humphries reportedly realized that the divorce is expensive, and that no evidence has been provided to support his belief that Kardashian married him just for television.

"It was a sham," Humphrie's aunt Dedria said. "My understanding of marriage is people are going to give it more than 72 days unless there's serious abuse."

Kardashian is expecting a baby with boyfriend/baby daddy, Kanye West in July. Neither celebrity has yet to confirm the gender of the baby.

"In a perfect world, of course I would love to be divorced. It's been going on its second year and that's really tough just because I want to move on," she said in a radio interview.
