In an annual gathering that is a foreign concept to most people across the country, thousands of students come together at the University of California in Santa Cruz to celebrate "4-20," by smoking marijuana at 4:20pm on April 20.

While marijuana possession is considered a felony in most states in the U.S., anybody with a prescription in California can legally have up to an ounce of the drug.

However, one of the students took the festivities to the extreme when he revealed a 2-pount joint at the annual gathering, which can be seen in a YouTube video.

Instead of incarcerating the large funny cigarette owner under, two campus police officers simply confiscated it. However, the owner was clearly not a happy camper, as the estimated valued of the marijuana cigarette is between $5,000 to $6,000, according to Daily Mail.

"You lied to me, too. Dude, you're a liar. You're a liar.... I can't wait to see you in court. I can show how you're harassing me. We're going to court, man. We're totally going to court," the joint owner said to the campus police officer.

A YouTube user said that the joint owner was drawing too much attention to himself, even setting up a booth of some sorts at the event.

"This guy had a booth set up to unveil this guy, shouldn't have drawn so much attention man!"

The 4-20 term refers to the state of California's penal code for marijuana, but since the get together was so large, and its liberal marijuana laws, the police don't have much jurisdiction over the matter.
