Donald Trump is taking issue with the lack of tough questioning towards Hillary Clinton in Monday night's presidential debate.

Shortly after the debate had ended, Trump took to his Twitter page to complain about Clinton not being questioned on her email scandal, the Clinton Foundation or Benghazi.

Of course, Clinton was asked directly by moderator Lester Holt about her 33,000 deleted emails after Trump raised the point, to which the Democratic nominee apologized.

"You know, I made a mistake using a private email," Clinton said. "And if I had to do it over again I would obviously do it differently. But I'm not going to make any excuses. It was a mistake and I take responsibility for that."

While the Benghazi scandal was not brought up during the course of the debate, Clinton did take note during her response to Trump's claim of her not having the "stamina" to be president that she testified for 11 hours about her role in Benghazi. The Clinton Foundation was not brought up during the debate.

Regardless of Trump's issues with Holt and the debate as a whole, he is taking credit for "winning" the debate. Various public polls about who won the debate from publications like Time, CNBC and the Drudge Report have Trump in the lead as of Tuesday morning. He also took note that the "no. 1 trend" on Twitter is #TrumpWon.

One major poll that did not have Trump winning last night's debate was CNN's. However, Trump noted that CNN is "little watched" in another recent tweet.
