He was ready to kill his ex-wife to ensure she couldn't out the truth about his being the hospital killer, but Paul (Richard Burgi) will find himself torn when Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) busts into the hotel room he's in to beg him not to do it on General Hospital.

Anna (Finola Hughes) already had arrived after realizing Paul was the one who committed the crime, but her threats didn't deter Paul from his plan to kill Tracy (Jane Elliott) because he knew he could easily inject her with the deadly drug before Anna could get off a shot to stop him. But Dillon then arrived as well, and confronted his father about the fact that if he killed his mother, he'd also have to kill him too, and now, as Paul cries that he should leave, Dillon will maintain he isn't going anywhere until Paul lets Tracy leave with him.

"I'm not going anywhere," Dillon says in a preview clip for the Monday, October 3 episode. "Not until you let mom go."

Paul could find himself torn, because while he won't be able to bring himself to kill his son, but if he wants to make sure no one learns the truth about what he's done, he will need to make sure that Tracy, Dillon and Anna are all silenced. On the other side however, if he lets them go, he will certainly go to jail for the murders he already committed, in addition to the attacks that didn't kill his intended targets.

Meanwhile, back in Port Charles, as news begins to spread of the evidence which points towards Paul, Ava (Maura West) could learn that she's in trouble too, if the fact that she figured out the truth and used it to her advantage-instead of turning Paul in and preventing both the attack on Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Sabrina's murder-is revealed.

"I know who the prime suspect is in the hospital killings," Scott (Kin Shriner) says to her in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
