Rob Kardashian has been charged with two misdemeanors - battery and petty theft - after attacking paparazzi in March, according to a TMZ Tuesday report.

The reality star allegedly struck Andra Viak in the face and stole her camera equipment at a gym in West Hollywood. The photographer was trying to take a photo but Kardashian claimed she was trespassing on private property.

"The paparazzi alleged that while she was photographing Rob Kardashian, he grabbed her camera and removed the memory card. During the struggle, the paparazzi stated that she was struck in the face by Rob Kardashian," read a statement from the Beverly Hills Police Department.

Viak filed a criminal complaint and shortly after sued Kardashian for robbery and assault. The reality star, who was on a weight loss program at the time, reportedly attacked Viak when she took a photo of him while he was shirtless.

The reality show star's ex-girlfriend, Rita Ora, suggested in an interview in March that Kardashian is mentally unstable after he sent out several messages on Twitter ranting at the 22-year-old singer.

Kardashian was in an altercation with the paparazzi in March 2012 when he chased after a photographer who was following him.
