Many fans were disappointed after "'Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" was announced to have a delayed telecast to give way to a baseball match. Instead of airing Episode 16 on Oct. 17, fans will have to wait for the next day for the new episode. With that, Episode 18 will also have a delayed telecast.

Meanwhile, because of the delayed telecast, there were rumors that leaks of Episode 16 were released online. According to Game & Guide, a new preview video for Episode 16 shows the bloody face of Wang So (Lee Joon-gi). The cruel king orders him to kill all those who can be a threat to him, so there are speculations that he will order Wang So to kill Wang Eun (Baekhyun)

It was said that Wang So will have no choice but to follow or else the king will hurt the one he loves. But he won't be following the cruel king's orders for long as he is planning to reclaim his freedom in a bloody battle in Episode 16. Fans will be happy to know that Wang So will finally be king in Episode 17. 

News Everyday reported that a preview for Episode 17 shows Wang So and Hae Soo (IU) lying on the same bed looking so happy together. There are spoilers that claim that Hae Soo wil admit to Wang So that she is pregnant with their child. Another notable scene in the short video shows Wang Wook (Kang Ha-neul ) breaking the promise bracelet he offered to Hae Soo.

After the delay, "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" is expected to air on SBS on Oct. 18. However, it was revealed that there might not be back to back episodes and Episode 17 will likely air on Oct. 24. There is also a huge chance "Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo" will also be delayed as another baseball match is scheduled in the same date.
