Beyonce Cancels Belgium Show From Mrs. Carter World Tour, Facebook Announcement Makes Pregnancy Rumors Swell
Although insiders may claim that the Beyonce pregnancy rumors are false, the singer canceled a concert Tuesday night due to doctor's orders.
According to the Associated Press, the 31-year-old singer has been ordered by doctors to get some rest. Beyonce was scheduled to perform at the Sportpaleis in Antwerp on Tuesday as part of her Mrs. Carter World Tour.
Last week rumors began to fly that the performer was pregnant with her second child. Beyonce and husband Jay-Z are already parents to 16-month-old Blue Ivy.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Beyonce stated that she was thinking about having another child in the future.
"I think my daughter needs some company," Beyonce said on Good Morning America, according to Hollywood Life. "I love being a big sister. At some point, when it's supposed to happen."
This was quickly followed by MediaTakeOut's assertions that they were told by an insider that the singer was in fact expecting another baby. According to the source, Beyonce's growing baby bump was the reason why her current tour does not allow any professional photographers inside.
However, Us Weekly dashed these rumors.
"I know another kid is in the future, but it wouldn't make sense for her right now while on tour," a source told the magazine.
The USA Today cites dehydration as one of the reasons for Beyonce's canceled performance. The singer's representative says that tomorrows Antwerp performance may be cancelled as well pending doctor's advice.
