The egotistical nerd that changes the way people see geeks like him is in for a big surprise on "The Geology Elevation" episode of the Big Bang Theory. The show that made famous the nerdy pack of Sheldon, Howard, Leonard, and Raj is already in the middle of its season, which is fearfully anticipated by its fans to be its last. Although there have been rumors of a spinoff starring Sheldon Cooper only, the remaining episodes of Season 10 may be the last to see them all together.

Sheldon Cooper's ego is once again tested to its limits when Caltech Geologist named Bert was awarded The MacArthur Genius Fellowship grant. On a recent report from Fabnewz, Sheldon was not, of course, happy with the outcome of the competition and had his ever famous tantrums for not being the one to receive the award. Bert, who is Amy's equally geeky friend, will receive USD 500k worth of grant, while Sheldon, as every avid viewer knows, hates losing and shows how very sore a loser he is.

Meanwhile, The Christian Times also reported that Stephen Hawking will once again join the team on this episode, either by personal appearance or to lend his voice. When Howard discovers a remote control allowing him to operate a Hawking figure he made, the gang thinks that it is offensive; as a result, they asked Stephen Hawking himself to talk sense with Howard. Stephen Hawking was known to be one of the influential persons for the nerdy pack and has always been Sheldon Cooper's idol.

With the continuous support of Big Bang Theory's avid viewers, the show has considerably good ratings which can earn them one or two seasons more. This has not been confirmed and talks with Warner Bros. are still ongoing, but the chances are big since viewers just can't help but enjoy and every new episode of the show.
