Grimm is back for its sixth and final season tonight on NBC, but here's how to watch the season premiere online.

It's the beginning of the end for Grimm as the first of the final season's 13 episodes airs Friday night. Here's the NBC synopsis for the season premiere, titled "Fugitive":

"Following the massacre in Nick's (David Giuntoli) loft, Capt. Renard (Sasha Roiz) is hell bent on eliminating him once and for all. Hank (Russell Hornsby) and Wu (Reggie Lee) head back to the precinct to keep an eye on the Captain and help give the gang the upper hand. Meanwhile, Monroe (Silas Weir Mitchell) and Rosalee (Bree Turner) grapple with staying in Portland now that their family will be expanding. Elsewhere, Eve (Bitsie Tulloch) suffers the side effects of the mysterious stick's healing power."

Giuntoli recently spoke with Yahoo about how Grimm fans will feel about this final season.

"I think fans are going to love this season, but it will not be a completely neatly tied-up bow," he admitted. "There will certainly be aspects of the show and the season that will be wrapped up and answered. The tension will be released, and that will be satisfying for viewers. It was satisfying as an actor. I remember when 'The Sopranos' ended and people were up in arms, but I will say that I liked the way that ended."

Grimm season 6 premieres Friday night at 8 p.m. ET/PT on NBC, and will last for one hour. If you are not able to access the premiere on television, there are still a few options for you. You could try the NBC live stream, for which you'll need your or a helpful friend's cable subscription information. If you don't have that, you could always try Sling TV, which has a live stream of NBC in select markets.
