"This Is Us" Season 1 fans are going to be devastated with the death of Jack in the NBC drama. Milo Ventimiglia warns viewers what heartbreak awaits when the death is finally revealed.

Jack (Milo Ventimiglia), the beloved patriarch of the Pearson family in the "This Is Us" Season 1 is reported to die in the NBC drama series. His death will come when his kids are already in their teens.

In the last episode of "This Is Us" Season 1, Kate (Chrissy Metz) considers herself to be blamed for the death of her daddy. This was revealed when she was talking to her fiancé Toby (Chris Sullivan). She recalls that she could not talk about her dad's death precisely because she thinks it is her fault. "I'm the reason that he's dead," she said.

Kate was seen urging Jack to drive two hours to see his wife Rebecca's (Mandy Moore) show in the earlier part of the recent episode of "This Is Us" Season 1. It was supposed to make up for a lackluster send-off party. Some viewers think that Jack's death might have happened within that long drive.

In an interview with US Magazine, Milo Ventimiglia warns viewers that when the anticipated death will be revealed, it will be devastating. Talking about the climactic moment in "This Is Us" Season 1, the 39-year old actor said that he does not think it is scalable.

Milo Ventimiglia said that viewers are falling in love with Jack and Rebecca and the relationship with the kids in "This Is Us" Season 1. "I really feel people are going to be crushed when that moment comes," he said.

Even Milo Ventimiglia himself was happy filming these types of episodes. He said it was not very fun according to ET Online. "This Is Us" Season 1 finale airs next Tuesday at 9 p.m. ET/PT on NBC.
