"Game of Thrones" creators just shared during a tech conference in Austin, Texas that the HBO hit drama series will only have six episodes in its eighth and final season. D.B. Weiss and David Benioff, the creators of the hit drama revealed some hints of some of its scene stories last Sunday at a panel.

Benioff shared that the production and the team behind the show have only 140-page outline for hat had even stated as only six episodes for the final season of "Games of Thrones." He also told the crowd at the panel how the team is actually preparing for the final run of the hit series.

According to CNN, "Game of Thrones" just finished filming its seventh season and which will be aired on July 16. So instead of the typical ten episodes, the show will only be just shortened to seven episodes.

The creators of the series were joined by Maisie Williams and Sophie Turner who play the characters of Arya and Sansa Stark on the "Game of Thrones." The two cast members facilitated the panel as well as the discussion and even joked with the creators and did not waste time to spill some details regarding the awaited next season.

Weiss even shared if they are allowed to tell everything already and even laughed about it. Then she said that the cast actually put a lot of work to shoot the season.

It is evident that "Game of Thrones" is one of the most popular and talked about show on TV, that's why the cats can't help but prolong the excitement of the fans and the viewers. However, Williams asked her co-stars how the series' prevents spoilers from spilling out. Then Weiss replied and said that it was just between intimidation and murder as per NME.

Benioff further added that it is really difficult to keep things under wraps and from the attention of the media and the viewers. Nut he assured that "Game of Thrones" has not been affected by spoilers in the past.
