The Amazing Race season 29 finally premieres tonight on CBS, and here's how you can live stream it online.

After almost a year of waiting, The Amazing Race is finally coming back to CBS. The series has been on hiatus since May, having not aired a fall season for the first time in over a decade. It was originally intended to premiere on April 21 but was bumped up to today, March 30, as a replacement for the low-rated Training Day.

This time around, The Amazing Race is doing something they haven't done before by randomly pairing up all of the contestants, rather than starting with teams with pre-existing relationships. Those behind the scenes at The Amazing Race are clearly excited for how this season goes down.

"'The Amazing Race', in scope, is the biggest reality show ever created. It brings people from all walks of life together on a global scale, and traditionally sends teams with established relationships on an adrenaline-packed, exotic adventure," said co-creator and executive producer Bertram van Munster in a statement. "However, this season, we are excited to pair complete strangers and see how they handle the pressure of traveling the world with someone they just met."

The Amazing Race season 29 premieres Thursday night at 10/9c on CBS. If you cannot watch the premiere on television, you can still live stream it on CBS All Access. You can sign up for a free seven-day trial of the streaming service if you don't have it already, at which point you can just click on the Live TV option.

If you can't wait for tonight's premiere, the first seven minutes have already been released online, which you can watch for free below.
