Ryan Edwards and Mackenzie Standifer got married last month and unfortunately, someone very special was noticeably absent from their ceremony: Edwards' eight-year-old son Bentley.

According to a sneak peek at tonight's Teen Mom OG, which serves as the finale episode for Season 6B, Edwards and Standifer tied the knot during a private ceremony in Tennessee without Bentley and his mom, Maci Bookout.

In the People magazine clip, Edwards' mom breaks down at the thought that “the most important people” in his life weren’t in attendance for his special day. 

“It don’t matter if there are 100 people or two people,” Edwards explains to his mom. “It just matters as long as we love each other.”

Edwards goes on to tell his father, Larry Edwards, that he and his wife aren't even planning to tell his son about the wedding and explains that if the child does find out, he and Standifer will sit down and have a talk with him.

Although Bookout wasn't present when her former boyfriend got married, she previously confirmed she was a fan of Standifer and their relationship.

“They genuinely care about each other,” Bookout told MTV News shortly after news of their engagement broke. “They have a very healthy relationship... I like her, so it has to be easier on him.”

Bookout and Standifer have been seen communicating with one another on the show and Bentley appears to be on board with his father's relationship with Standifer, who also has a young son from a previous relationship.
