From Don Drapper (Mad Men) to Ezra Fitz (Pretty Little Liars), these primetime parental figures have been dishing out their fatherly advice for generations now, but as Father's Day approaches, celebrity trainer Eric Fleishman (aka Eric the Trainer) is prescribing some of today's top TV dads with some friendly advice to help "shape" their character throughout the summer season.

Ezra Fitz (Pretty Little Liars): With its mix of kicks, punches and blocks, kickboxing is just what Ezra Fitz needs to kick up his endurance to keep up with his son Malcom, as well as all of the tricks that "A" is throwing at the residents of Rosewood. To ensure he gets in "A+" shape, we recommend a class 3-4 times a week.

Tywin Lannister (Game of Thrones): As the Hand of the King, and one of television's most dastardly dads, Tywin lives in a perpetual state of stress - making him the ideal candidate for a daily dose of Yoga. Known for its incredible relaxation benefits, the beloved fitness practice is just what Tywin needs to unwind after a long day of meddling in his kids' lives.

Don Draper (Mad Men): With its rainbow of neon colors and clever twist of "exercise in disguise," Don would love the marketing behind Zumba Fitness, not to mention the beautiful girls that flock to the brand's classes. And since Don is always thinking about his "bottom line," he could even get a great tax write-off, and do some penance through the brand's Great Calorie Drive, since the calories he burns in class will be donated to help fight world hunger. We recommend 2-3 classes per week. Burning approximately 750 calories per class, Don might even be able to balance out some of his questionable habits.

Walter White (Breaking Bad): As a high school chemistry teacher, who turned to a life of crime, Walter White would definitely appreciate the science behind TRX, which leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. Given that it's a total body training system, it's super-efficient - giving Walter plenty of time for his ahem "extracurricular" activities.  Walter should look to workout 10-20 minutes a day 2-3 times a week.

Marshall Eriksen (How I Met Your Mother): Now that baby Marvin is getting older, cycling would help Marshall prepare for all those glorious bike riding days ahead with his son.  Though it's still uncertain where Marshall, Lily and Marvin will live (will they stay in the suburbs or move to Italy?), one thing's for certain - cycling is universal. Seeing as how Marshall is a newbie to cycling, he should look to take two cycling/spin classes per week to get adjusted to the different muscles that are targeted through cycling.
