Another potential suitor for the groundbreaking role of Anastasia Steele has surfaced in Glee's Melissa Benoist, as the 50 Shades of Grey movie casting saga continues.

Although the 24-year-old beauty's yet to acknowledge the recent Internet buzz vying for her as the shy, college grad, she clearly has all the physical attributes to effectively pull off the role.

However, while Benoist is extremely close in age to the 22-year-old Ana, she would have to make quite the switch in order to transition from the TV series on the small screen to the racy flick on the big screen.

Other possible suitors for Steele include former Gilmore Girls standout Alexis Bledel, Pretty Little Liars' Lucy Hale and Vampire Diaries' Nina Dobrev, amongst several others.

The 50 Shades of Grey premise revolves around Steele, who gets herself involved in a dominant and submissive sexual relationship with the S&M-crazed billionaire Christian Grey.  Through a mutual "agreement," the two dive into a world that includes bondage and masochism.

Screenwriter Kelly Marcel, who is currently working on the movie script, said that she'd be adhering to the context of the books with lots of sex and raunchiness.  Producers of the highly anticipated flick are said to be shooting for an NC-17 rating, according to a write-up in Style magazine.

Although they've yet to officially attach a director to the franchise, 50 Shades of Grey is slated for its big screen release in summer of 2014, and will be shot in London.
