Lisa Vanderpump had a dramatic moment during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills with her friends, Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley.

During the season eight trailer, Vanderpump was seen storming away from a party with her two friends -- but not before stating that she would rather go home to her husband, who reportedly wanted to spend time with Vanderpump much more than they would.

"Well, it was kind of cumulative. You'll see. You can never really sum up a situation in just 30 seconds," Vanderpump explained to E! News during the show's season eight premiere party in West Hollywood on Friday, Dec. 15.

The scene ended with Erika Girardi telling the cameras during a cast confessional that Vanderpump's diva moment was the result of "three b***hes who are competitive over friendships."

"I don't know, I suppose I just flipped my lid a little bit," Vanderpump further explained. "I'm allowed to. Hey, I've done 300 episodes and you rarely see me lose my mind. On Vanderpump Rules, I'm pretty contained. But sometimes things get a little heated."

As fans will recall, Vanderpump was one of six wives on the first season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The other cast members included Kyle Richards, who is still featured on the show, Camille Grammer, Adrienne Maloof, Taylor Armstrong, and Kim Richards.

Dorit Kemsley, who was added to the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills during season seven, also commented on Vanderpump's storm-off.

"We were pretty shocked," Kemsley said. "We were both a little bewildered and I think that shows on our face."

Kemsley joined the show as a friend of Vanderpump.

Throughout the past couple of seasons of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Vanderpump has faced drama from some of her co-stars, including Lisa Rinna, who have accused her of being manipulative. As fans may recall, it all started after Brandi Glanville accused Vanderpump of encouraging her of bringing a magazine rumor about Kyle Richards' husband with her during a cast trip.
