Blake Lively is as radiant and cheery as the day we loved her in "The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants" even now that she's a doting mom of three.

The "Gossip Girl" star reportedly gave birth in summer to a baby whose name is yet to be revealed. But a post last week from her husband, Ryan Reynolds, had people thinking the baby's gender has been revealed!

Baby's Gender Reveal

In the Tweet, Reynolds was seen sharing a sweet moment with Lively and their third baby, whom Reynolds was holding in a baby carrier. Reynolds captioned the tweet by saying he wanted his DAUGHTERS to play in the same natural playground that he grew up in, in Canada, ending with a reminder of voting wisely in the elections.

So it's safe to say that Lively and Reynolds were not expecting their first son. Rather 4-year-old James and 3-year-old Inez are now big SISTERS to their sib, completing their "Charlie's Angels" round-up.

The Reynolds children have been kept out of the spotlight since they were born, with the exemption of his Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony in 2016 where little Inez was the one being held in her mother and father's arms then.

Lively Goes Shopping

Now with a family of five, the Reynolds are busier than ever, and Lively wants to make sure she stocks up on self-care and baby essentials -- for her baby and her sanity, of course.

The "A Simple Favor" actress recently partnered with Amazon Baby Registry to list her baby essentials, noting how it was overwhelming for her as a new parent. However, she was lucky to have parents who shared their must-haves with her.

Lively also admitted that parenting or motherhood "never gets less overwhelming," but she pointed out that she is learning a lot now that she's a mom of three. She talked about the importance of self-care and reminded all mothers that "care starts with us, mamas."

Her New Mom Must-Haves

For her Newborn's Diapers, she turned to fellow celebrity mom Jessica Alba's Honest Company diapers. She has Water Wipes for sensitive skin and ointment rash, indicating Lively had her fair share of changing the nappy a little too late.

She also has Burt's Bees ointment, which doubles as prevention of rashes and baby acne as well as mum's balm and moisturizer. No wonder she's glowing!

She has a few gender-neutral baby gear as well, so her hubby can get his turn pushing the double stroller and donning the baby carrier, too!

Nursing Mom Wants Treats, Too!

The breastfeeding advocate also included a protein bar on her self-care shopping list. She previously opened up about using breastfeeding to introduce a wide array of tastes to her daughters. She once admitted to rubbing her breasts with truffles before nursing her eldest daughter.

Another one of her breastfeeding must-haves is Traditional Medicinals' Organic Mother's Milk -- a milk with fenugreek to help stimulate milk production. She indulges on her sweet tooth with lactation cookies, too!

Sleep Tight, Little Ones

"The Age of Adeline" actress also shopped for bedtime routine essentials, including a rubber ducky, a bath spout cover to prevent head bumps and a snotsucker! She shared several of her daughters' favorite bedtime stories as well, and a few were female empowerment books like "She Persisted" and "Little Dreamers: Visionary Women Around the World."

Finally, the "Green Lantern" star gave a sneak peek into her nursery before she tucked her children in good night. There's a starry night baby monitor, a HALO bassinet and a swaddle. Surely, Lively's found a way to get her babies sleeping through the night!
